  • Sink: Franke composite black granite

  • Custom tile backsplash:  3"x6" field tiles, 4"x4" diagonal inset above sink, pencil moulding
  • Over-range microwave install
  • Dishwasher
  • Plumbing: all new supply & drains w/ under-cabinet shut off valves
  • Base moulding, door & window casing
